ICU Clinical Nurse - Nights

Role Overview Seeking an ICU Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care in a 12-bed medical/surgical unit, including hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management for adult patients. Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care following nursing standards.Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication use.Develop and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families, ensuring effective communication across the continuum of care.Utilize critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific considerations.Participate in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development. Qualifications & Skills Current RN license required.Open to all experience levels; ADN, BSN, or MSN candidates accepted.Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience.Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment with alertness and professionalism.
