Responsibilities

• Participating in professional development and ensuring communication of care plans across the continuum.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree in Nursing with RN licensure.
• No prior required experience; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and 2 years of experience preferred.
