IC Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work on chip or cell level detailed design
• Take designs from concept through tape out
• Layout support available, but IC Designer is responsible for overseeing layout to meet performance targets

Qualifications

• 2-10 years of BiCMOS IC design experience with some or multiple tape outs
• Meaningful personal responsibility and successful results
• Recent PhD recipients with strong design and tape out experience are eligible to apply
• BS, MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering
• Thorough understanding of fundamental circuit design concepts
• Thorough understanding of real-world circuit design considerations
• Thorough understanding of RF design topics
• Proficiency with the tools we use or comparable tools
• Experience designing wideband circuits from DC to mm-wave frequencies
• Enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and learning new concepts
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Salary Range

$113,600.00-$151,400.000
