About the Role

This position will have in-country responsibility for ensuring fleet safety and readiness for the F100 engine using logistics management tools and field service representatives located on site. This is an in-country and unaccompanied role based in Israel.

Responsibilities

  • Interface with the Israeli Air Force, Bet Shemesh depot, in-country suppliers, and the P&W F100 Program Office
  • Proactively manage the F100-229 Fleet Management Program requirements by monitoring, trending, and reporting status of key metrics
  • Customer Support Engineering & Materials to determine future customer needs and focus internal support necessary to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with support groups to forecast customer maintenance, project component replacement/repair needs, and collaborate with customers to budget/order to maintain fleet readiness goals
  • Develop and maintain Fleet Readiness Plans to ensure complete system support of all aspects of customer supportability requirements
  • Ensure program critical issues are identified, communicated, elevated as required, and acted on in a timely fashion through the appropriate channels
  • Utilize ACE Principles and continuous improvement of fleet management systems and processes to minimize cost and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist with new business opportunity proposal activity by ensuring appropriate support is provided
  • Work closely with International Trade Compliance to ensure export compliance for licenses/agreements within the region

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree or Advanced degree with 5 years of Field Service Rep/Program Management experience or 12 years of Field Service Rep/Program Management experience (in lieu of degree)
  • 8 years of Field Service Rep/Program Management experience
  • Strong ability in data analysis, including collecting data, developing plans/solutions for complex problems, and presenting data clearly and concisely
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • U.S. citizenship (required due to government contracts)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of military engine/module overhauls & repair process
  • Technical understanding of propulsion systems and their components
  • Working knowledge of USAF Intermediate & Depot level Technical Orders
  • Business, Material, and/or Logistics management knowledge
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of P&W ERP System - SAP

Pay

The salary range for this role is $107,500 – $204,500 USD. The range provided is a good-faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function, responsibilities, work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
