About the Role
This position will have in-country responsibility for ensuring fleet safety and readiness for the F100 engine using logistics management tools and field service representatives located on site. This is an in-country and unaccompanied role based in Israel.
Responsibilities
- Interface with the Israeli Air Force, Bet Shemesh depot, in-country suppliers, and the P&W F100 Program Office
- Proactively manage the F100-229 Fleet Management Program requirements by monitoring, trending, and reporting status of key metrics
- Customer Support Engineering & Materials to determine future customer needs and focus internal support necessary to achieve customer satisfaction
- Work closely with support groups to forecast customer maintenance, project component replacement/repair needs, and collaborate with customers to budget/order to maintain fleet readiness goals
- Develop and maintain Fleet Readiness Plans to ensure complete system support of all aspects of customer supportability requirements
- Ensure program critical issues are identified, communicated, elevated as required, and acted on in a timely fashion through the appropriate channels
- Utilize ACE Principles and continuous improvement of fleet management systems and processes to minimize cost and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist with new business opportunity proposal activity by ensuring appropriate support is provided
- Work closely with International Trade Compliance to ensure export compliance for licenses/agreements within the region
Requirements
- BS/BA degree or Advanced degree with 5 years of Field Service Rep/Program Management experience or 12 years of Field Service Rep/Program Management experience (in lieu of degree)
- 8 years of Field Service Rep/Program Management experience
- Strong ability in data analysis, including collecting data, developing plans/solutions for complex problems, and presenting data clearly and concisely
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- U.S. citizenship (required due to government contracts)
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of military engine/module overhauls & repair process
- Technical understanding of propulsion systems and their components
- Working knowledge of USAF Intermediate & Depot level Technical Orders
- Business, Material, and/or Logistics management knowledge
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of P&W ERP System - SAP
Pay
The salary range for this role is $107,500 – $204,500 USD. The range provided is a good-faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
