About the Role

The F135 International Depot Program Manager will use self-initiative and judgment to identify problems and provide planning and guidance for F135 Maintenance Management. You will oversee the programmatic supplier relationship between Pratt & Whitney (P&W) and the depot’s respective Product Support Provider (PSP) to meet all contractual requirements, collaborating with other P&W value streams to achieve F135 Program goals.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the customer to both P&W and PSP teams supporting the respective depot.
  • Provide program management direction to a large cross-functional team of experienced leaders, ensuring quality and consistency in solving site issues.
  • Engage key stakeholders to resolve constraints and establish improvement plans for contractual performance.
  • Maintain quality and consistency of service by documenting and identifying trends in customer and supplier service needs.
  • Manage the statement of work and optimize strategies to efficiently meet contractual requirements.
  • Own financial commitments, including Purchase Order placement and invoicing from the PSP, and ensure the site’s contract budgetary needs are communicated and addressed with Control Account Managers.
  • Review annual cost proposals based on workload for reasonableness and drive negotiation discussions for both the prime contract and the PSP.
  • Provide supervisory oversight of the site’s Depot Engine Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Engineering, Management, or a Technical degree.
  • 10 years of combined program management, leadership, and/or technical experience (or an Advanced degree with 7 years of equivalent experience).
  • 5 years of propulsion experience.
  • U.S. citizenship (required for DoD security clearance).
  • Active and existing DoD Secret security clearance (required after day 1).

  • Familiarity with F135 Production/Depot-level maintenance.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $132,400 – $251,600 USD. The range reflects all experience levels, and RTX considers factors such as role, function, responsibilities, work experience, location, education/training, and key skills when extending an offer.
