Responsibilities

  • Drive the execution of site and depot activation sustainment contracts from initiation to closeout, ensuring delivery meets cost, schedule, and technical performance goals.
  • Lead program planning, forecasting, budgeting, manpower allocation, and execution to fulfill contract requirements and stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—such as Finance, Contracts, and the Business Acquisition Center of Excellence—to foster process improvements and align initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary interface with external customers, IPMT leadership, and stakeholders to manage risks, identify opportunities, and ensure contract success.
  • Oversee contract communications, deliverables, and reporting requirements, including Financial EACs, to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate agility and adaptability by focusing on outcomes, leveraging an iterative approach, and responding effectively to shifting priorities.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Engineering, Logistics, or Management disciplines.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, customer communications, engineering, and/or logistics.
  • U.S. citizenship (required for security clearance).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management, general business management, and/or strategic planning experience.
  • Familiarity with earned value management.
  • Knowledge of propulsion life cycle cost.
  • Ability to assess and process business needs quickly.
  • Strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including leadership and communication at all levels, as well as the capability to prioritize tasks and plan effectively.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $132,400 – $251,600 USD. The range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
