Duties
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain hydraulic systems, including pumps, cylinders, valves, and hoses.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose equipment issues.
- Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components.
- Conduct routine maintenance to prevent future breakdowns.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
- Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, and maintenance performed.
- Maintain inventory of hydraulic components and spare parts.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Interact with clients to understand their hydraulic system needs.
- Cook up with suppliers for timely procurement.
- Some local travel to support service calls.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Hydraulic Mechanic Technician or similar role.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Able to read technical manuals, schematics and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Welding experience a plus.
- Managerial skills a plus.

Pay
