About the role

Hybrid Seasonal Licensed Health Insurance Agent based in Orlando, FL. The role begins with structured, hands‑on training at the Orlando office, after which you work remotely. You will support California customers in selecting health‑insurance plans, handling inbound calls, explaining plan options, eligibility, benefits, and costs, providing personalized recommendations, and assisting with enrollment. The position uses live‑transferred qualified leads only – no cold calling and no commission‑based pay.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from California customers seeking health‑insurance coverage.

Requirements

• Active Florida Resident Health Insurance License.
• Active California Non‑Resident Health Insurance License.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Located in or able to work from Orlando, FL for the initial training period.

Qualifications

• Motivated sales professional with a track record of building relationships and guiding customers to suitable coverage.
• Charismatic, persuasive, and able to connect with customers.
• Previous experience registering with the state of California to sell insurance (or equivalent).

Skills

• Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency – ability to toggle between multiple systems while speaking with customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual Spanish (preferred) – higher starting pay.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Pay

Schedule

Open availability required between 12:00 am and 9:00 pm EST, Monday through Saturday during the season. All agents work on Saturdays.
