Licensed Health Insurance Agent
About the role
Connexion Point is seeking experienced and licensed Medicare agents to assist members in finding the right carrier and plan through sales-focused, consultative conversations.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective Medicare members, focusing on education and enrollment
- Guide members through their coverage options and next steps without high-pressure tactics
- Maintain performance expectations around call quality, member engagement, sales metrics, and schedule adherence
- Keep communication current with your supervisor and team
- Attend team meetings and training sessions throughout the season
Requirements
- Active Health or Health & Life license
- Minimum 1 year of Medicare experience
- Comfortable working across multiple software systems
- Strong communicator with a sales-first approach
- Able to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day during AEP
- Home office setup that meets remote work requirements
- Willing to complete a background check
- Basic computer skills and tech knowledge
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Medicare Advantage sales programs
- Telesales or contact center experience preferred
