Hybrid Float Clinician: Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physicians Assistant (PA), Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)

About the role

The Hybrid Float Clinician position is a full-time opportunity based in New London, with additional floating responsibilities to Norwich, Willimantic, and Providence, RI. Clinical Services are provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care in a variety of settings including hospitals, clinics, and community health centers.
• Perform physical exams, diagnose and treat illnesses, and prescribe medications as appropriate.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient interactions and treatment plans accurately and timely.
• Floating to other locations as needed.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Certified Nurse Midwife in Connecticut.
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records systems.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Nursing, Physician Assistant, or related field.
• Passing scores on relevant national certification exams.
