Hybrid Float Clinician: Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physicians Assistant (PA), Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)

Responsibilities

  • Floating to health centers to provide in clinic patient care within a designated region
  • Covering telehealth sessions (working from a health center or administrative building)
  • Covering asynchronous e-visits
  • Supporting health center teams by managing EHR Inbaskets and follow up
  • Absentee coverage for the Care Coordination Team (CCT)
  • Communicating with patients regarding more complex care plans such as beta quant HCG follow-up and urgent follow-up
  • Maintaining clinical quality assurance standards as set forth by PPSNE
  • Participating in the training of other clinicians and precepting medical learners

Requirements

  • Graduation from a recognized Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or Nurse Midwife training program or Medical School
  • Active licensure in good standing (State Medical License for CT and/or RI, Controlled Substance Registration, DEA)
  • Basic Life Support certification
  • Experience in sexual and reproductive healthcare
  • Primary care experience preferred
  • Bilingual preferred (English-Spanish)

Pay

$138,156 - $165,787 a year

Schedule

Hybrid position with travel to different sites at the affiliate, as assigned, to provide clinical coverage. Flexible in changing schedule to meet patient access needs at assigned centers.
