This is a Contract position based out of Winchester, VA.

Responsibilities

• Contact members regarding past-due loan and credit card accounts
• Provide payment solutions and financial counseling
• Review account information and recommend available options
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards
• Help members avoid further delinquency through effective account management

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, collections, sales, retail, banking, insurance, administrative support, or call centers
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Associate's/Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience

Pay

The pay range for this position is $18.95 - $18.95/hr.

Schedule

Full-Time (40 Hours/Week) Monday-Friday: 10:30 AM-7:00 PM; Saturday: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM; Must be available to work 3-4 Saturdays per month.
