Hybrid Delivery Lead in New York, NY (W2 Role)

About the Role

We are seeking a Delivery Lead to support our Enterprise AI organization in a 6-month contract-to-hire (CTH) role, onsite in NYC (Tues-Thurs). The ideal candidate will have a strong PMO background, deep hands-on experience delivering enterprise-level AI products/projects, and a proven ability to lead high-performance, collaborative teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with Enterprise AI leadership to prioritize, plan, and execute AI initiatives
• Provide program structure, accountability, and improved execution for AI product delivery
• Address planning and documentation gaps by working side-by-side with technical leaders
• Increase organizational maturity and reduce delivery delays within the AI space
• Act as a strategic advisor and operating model consultant, not a traditional project manager
• Influence and lead organizational change across multiple teams

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of consulting-level project/program management experience
• Deep, hands-on experience delivering enterprise-level AI products/projects
• Experience working within and leading high-performance, collaborative teams
• Consulting experience at firms like Deloitte, Accenture, IBM preferred
• Strong executive presence, influence, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to work through ambiguity and drive organizational transformation
• Experience improving execution across multiple teams and operating models
• Excellent communication skills and high energy
• Able to articulate value in a concise elevator pitch format to senior leaders

The role is office-based, highly collaborative, strategic, and fast-paced, with direct interaction with senior AI and business leadership. The focus is on elevating the AI organization's delivery and execution maturity.
