Hybrid Administrative Associate
- About the role:
Supports the administrative needs of multiple teams within the organization.
- Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling and coordination for meetings and events.
- Handle correspondence and documentation for team members.
- Process invoices and manage reimbursement requests.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
- Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 2+ years of relevant administrative experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Qualifications:
- Experience working in a hybrid work environment preferred.
- Knowledge of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari, and Mozilla Firefox is beneficial.
