Hybrid Administrative Associate

  • About the role:

    Supports the administrative needs of multiple teams within the organization.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Manage scheduling and coordination for meetings and events.
    • Handle correspondence and documentation for team members.
    • Process invoices and manage reimbursement requests.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
    • Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
    • 2+ years of relevant administrative experience.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Qualifications:
    • Experience working in a hybrid work environment preferred.
    • Knowledge of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari, and Mozilla Firefox is beneficial.
  • Skills:
    • Project management skills.
    • Time management and prioritization abilities.
    • Ability to handle confidential information securely.
