HW Dev Engineer I - Payload, Amazon Leo Hardware Development
Amazon LEO is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.
About the role
As a Hardware Engineer, you will be part of a team of experts working on the development of advanced antenna systems. You will own or contribute to the design and optimization of various blocks of the antenna system, including proof-of-concept systems and prototypes for the next generation of antennas. You will collaborate with the RF team on RF circuitry design, develop automated test systems and fixtures, and lead bring-up and test campaigns for active antennas. You will also lead and review PCB layout.
At Amazon, hardware engineers work alongside senior electrical engineers to support the design, debug, validation, and optimization of products, gaining exposure to the complete design lifecycle from concept through production.
