HVAC Truck Based Mechanical Tradesman (union)

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical installations and drive results, mentored by peers and following the labor agreement assigned by the Employer.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to HVAC systems.
• Respond to basic warranty calls and keep JCI, contractors, and the customer informed of job progress and issues as needed.
• Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure facility efficiency, including upselling opportunities.
• Provide quotes to support recommendations and solutions.

Requirements

• Adherence to the company Safety Program.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with HVAC equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• A valid driver's license, with no major or frequent traffic violations.
• Willingness to join the UA of Plumbers and Pipefitters, a Bargaining Unit Position.

Pay

Pay Range: $18.55 hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet.
