HVAC Territory Manager

Team Air Distributing is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Territory Manager to support and grow their business throughout Northeast Georgia. The role will involve working closely with the Lawrenceville, GA and Cumming, GA branch teams.

About the role

The Territory Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships with HVAC contractors, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with HVAC contractors in Northeast Georgia
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory
• Manage and coordinate with the Lawrenceville, GA and Cumming, GA branch teams
• Provide technical support and guidance to HVAC contractors
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any issues that arise

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales and relationship management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in the HVAC industry preferred

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales or related field

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
