Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience working with residential HVAC equipment (mini‑split, gas/oil furnace, heat pump)
• Customer‑focused mindset
• Brazing and soldering skills (preferred)
• EPA certification (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors year‑round in extreme temperatures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 50 lb (and over 50 lb with assistance), and to stand, sit, bend, crouch, and lift continuously
