HVAC Technician III

Responsibilities

• Service clients in the local market
• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration units
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with HVAC systems efficiently
• Oversee HVAC projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
• Lead and mentor a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance and support
• Maintain strong relationships with clients by addressing their concerns and providing excellent service
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate records of service and installation activities

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of commercial experience in HVAC service, trouble shooting, and PM's / maintenance service agreements
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC systems preferred
• Relevant HVAC certifications (e.g., EPA certification) are highly desirable

Additional Skills

• Strong troubleshooting, project management, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and using HVAC software

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy equipment
• Work in confined spaces
• Perform physically demanding tasks
