HVAC Technician III
Responsibilities
- Service clients in the local market
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration units
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with HVAC systems efficiently
- Oversee HVAC projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Lead and mentor a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance and support
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by addressing their concerns and providing excellent service
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records of service and installation activities
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of commercial experience in HVAC service, trouble shooting, and PM's / maintenance service agreements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC systems preferred
- Relevant HVAC certifications (e.g., EPA certification) are highly desirable
Additional Skills
- Strong troubleshooting, project management, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and using HVAC software
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift heavy equipment
- Work in confined spaces
- Perform physically demanding tasks
