Maintains and completes repairs

• Maintains, troubleshoots, and completes preliminary maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Effectively and safely operates a variety of tools and equipment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience: 5 years experience in HVAC or similar skilled trades.
• Knowledge/Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; Ability to make effective decisions; Must maintain a level of expertise in one or more skilled trades; Ability to coordinate schedules and maintain multiple work orders at multiple locations; Ability to learn new processes quickly, and possess strong organizational skills; Strong customer service and interpersonal skills; Strong time-management skills, and must be able to pay attention to detail; Must be self-motivated to work independently toward assigned goals and objectives; Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others; Ability to use common hand/power tools; Must have own reliable transportation; Ability to lift 50lbs objects.
• Certifications and Licenses: Valid Drivers license; Certifications in one or more trades (i.e. Electrical/Plumbing /Carpentry).
