HVAC Technician III

We provide comprehensive facility services ranging from mechanical maintenance and self-performed, site-based operations to energy-efficiency upgrades and supplier-managed interior/exterior maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and clean work area.
- Demonstrate basic safe work practices based on company and customer policies and procedures.
- Able to attend and pass certification and licensing classroom and practical training for rolling stock, such as forklifts, scissor lifts, articulating boom lifts, etc.
- Design and/or evaluate HVAC Systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair facilities HVAC controls and automation components.
- Calculate Heating and Cooling Needs.
- Interpret and Draft Plans, based on calculated ventilation requirements.
- Replaces faulty electronic components, such as printed circuit boards, relays, contractors, and control buttons.
- Installs and connects power supply wiring and conduit for lighting, general devices, newly installed machines and building equipment.
- Adhere to All Building Codes along State/Federal Guidelines and company-client policies and procedures.
- Carefully coordinate with others, such as other trades.
- Responsible for accurate and timely paperwork related to essential duties and responsibilities.
Qualifications
- 12+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must possess applicable certifications, licenses and a valid driver's license.
