Qualifications

• EPA 608 Certification (required)
• At least 1 year of HVAC experience
• Knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and boiler systems
• Ability to diagnose and solve mechanical issues independently
• Valid U.S. driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and YMCA values

Essential Functions

• Troubleshooting, repairing, and installing HVAC, heating, cooling, refrigeration, and boiler systems
• Performing preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
• Reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
• Maintaining accurate service records and maintenance logs
• Ensuring compliance with EPA and safety standards
• Assisting with general maintenance projects as needed
• Providing exceptional service to guests and fellow team members
