What You’ll Do

You’ll be the face of Johnson Controls’ building automation solutions within the construction community. You’ll work directly with mechanical contractors, consulting engineers, and designers, helping them deliver smarter, more efficient, and more reliable buildings.

You’ll manage and grow a set of assigned accounts, building long-term partnerships based on trust, performance, and results. By combining technical insight with a strong understanding of customer business needs, you’ll position Johnson Controls as a valued partner—not just a vendor.

You’ll also collaborate closely with internal operations teams to ensure projects run smoothly and customers stay satisfied long after installation, with renewable service agreements forming the backbone of these ongoing relationships.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
• 2–3+ years of experience selling building automation systems or related construction technologies
• A strong commitment to integrity, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication, initiative, and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to influence key decision-makers across multiple levels of customer organizations
