HVAC Service Technicians

Job Duties / General Requirements

• Service Technician I: Often a recent graduate or with 3 or less years of experience, responsible for making repairs in the field but not proficient in diagnosis without supervision. Expected to be proficient in preventative maintenance.
• Service Technician II: Requires EPA certification and at least 3 years of experience, skilled in maintaining and servicing commercial-grade HVAC equipment.
• Service Technician III: Requires EPA certification and more than 5 years of experience, capable of working independently and performing full maintenance and service on a wide variety of commercial air-conditioning equipment.
