HVAC Service Technician (Experienced)

Genz Ryan is a family-owned company in Burnsville, MN, dedicated to exceptional customer service in plumbing, HVAC, and indoor air quality since 1950. We're seeking a high-energy, knowledgeable Residential HVAC Technician.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing heating and cooling systems
• Presenting homeowners with tailored options for total home comfort
• Maintaining safety and professionalism in all tasks
• Performing quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction
• Handling miscellaneous tasks efficiently

Requirements

• At least 1+ year of previous HVAC experience (residential preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 18 years of age
• A positive, "can-do" attitude
• A willingness to learn and grow
• Experience with boiler systems is a plus

Pay

$75,000.00 - $200,000.00 annually, depending on experience and performance

Schedule

Hours vary based on workload and customer demand, typically Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed.
