What You’ll Do
- Run residential HVAC service calls professionally and efficiently
- Diagnose issues and clearly explain options to homeowners
- Present repair and replacement options—not just quote
- Complete all job documentation in ServiceTitan
- Collect payment at time of service
- Maintain a clean, stocked, organized vehicle
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and the team

Who You Are
- ACV experience preferred
- Strong communicator—can simplify technical issues

What It Takes
- 5–10 years as an HVAC Service Technician
- Proven ability to solve problems and generate revenue through client-focused solutions
- EPA Type II certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and service schematics
- Comfortable with tablets/smartphones for dispatch and reporting
- Valid driver’s license, clean record
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs; willing to travel as needed
- Bonus: ServiceTitan experience, OSHA training, NATE certification
