About the role
Responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings. Perform routine maintenance, diagnose issues, and perform repairs as needed.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Diagnose and resolve HVAC system malfunctions
- Perform preventative maintenance checks
- Communicate effectively with clients and other team members
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Experience with HVAC systems preferred but not required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good customer service skills
- Physical ability to climb ladders and work at heights
Skills
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
