Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch, management, parts, and installation teams
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every call
• Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Maintain accurate service records and complete all required paperwork
• Participate in the on-call rotation schedule
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Attend ongoing training and development programs
• Follow company safety standards and best practices

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC service and repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• EPA certification or willingness to obtain required certifications (we'll help you get there)
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
