Responsibilities
- Visit homes and businesses to work on HVAC, indoor air quality, refrigeration, and control systems
- Identify and isolate problems in HVAC systems
- Use hand and power tools to perform repairs, replacements, and installations
- Communicate effectively with customers about needed repairs, replacements, or installations and the reasons behind them
- Upsell customers on preventative maintenance plans and indoor air quality products and services
Requirements
- Technical skills to identify and isolate HVAC system problems
- Familiarity with using hand and power tools
- Strong communication skills to explain HVAC issues and solutions to customers
Qualifications
- Experience working with HVAC systems
- Knowledge of indoor air quality and refrigeration systems
