HVAC Service Technician

The HVAC and Plumbing Service Department at Meridian Mechanical is seeking individuals who are passionate about providing top-notch service and solutions to our clients. We are looking for individuals who can handle both service and construction projects with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing issues in residential and commercial properties.
• Install new HVAC systems and plumbing fixtures according to industry standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide satisfactory solutions.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to all local building codes and regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in HVAC and/or plumbing.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using common tools and equipment used in HVAC and plumbing.

Skills

• Knowledge of HVAC systems and plumbing components.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems.
