HVAC Service Technician

The Role

As an expert HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, cooling, and air quality systems, guiding customers to enhance their home comfort and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch customer service by communicating clearly and professionally, ensuring customers make informed decisions about their home comfort systems.
• Recognize and recommend additional services, including system upgrades, maintenance agreements, and new installations, to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Cook seamlessly with Dispatch and the Service Manager to maintain an efficient daily schedule.
• Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and fully stocked to ensure preparedness on every job.
• Maintain accurate and timely completion of all paperwork, including service records, dispatch notes, and invoices.
• Uphold a polished, professional appearance at all times to represent the company's commitment to quality.
• Participate in ongoing training to develop your skills and stay up-to-date with industry standards.
• Acquire and maintain necessary certifications, with support available.

Job Details

• Schedule: 8-hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday, On call responsibilities, Overtime
• Pay Range: $65,000 - $150,000
• Pay Breakdown: Competitive Hourly Pay, Bonus Pay, Overtime & On Call Pay
