HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, and water heaters.
• Diagnose issues and recommend solutions in a professional, customer-focused manner.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and efficiency checks on equipment.
• Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and inventory of parts used.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local building codes.
• Participate in the on-call rotation as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding their service needs and available solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of jobs and uphold company quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum B license required.
• Proven HVAC service and installation experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Able to lift, move, and install HVAC equipment as needed.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
