HVAC Service Technician

About the role

House Pro is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment for residential clients in the greater Houston area
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues
• Conduct repairs and provide recommendations for system improvements or replacements
• Educate customers about their HVAC systems
• Improve system efficiency
• Assist with installation projects as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in HVAC is a plus
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC service and repair
• Relevant certifications (EPA, NATE, etc.) preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
