HVAC Service Technician

Entek HVAC & Cooling is a trusted name in Southwest Washington, serving both residential and commercial customers with top-tier workmanship and service. They are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician who can handle both service and installation across residential and light commercial systems.

What You’ll Do

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems (residential & light commercial) - Perform preventative maintenance and inspections - Replace components and complete system upgrades - Work on split systems, package units, and mini-splits - Complete service documentation using field software - Provide professional, customer-focused service - Participate in an on-call rotation

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of HVAC experience (service + install preferred) - Experience in both residential and light commercial systems - EPA 608 Certification (required) - Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills - Comfortable working independently in the field - Experience with gauges, meters, and diagnostic tools - Ability to read schematics and technical manuals - Valid driver’s license - Preferred: WA 06A license

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

- Work in residential & commercial settings (indoor/outdoor environments) - Ability to lift 50+ lbs - Frequent standing, climbing, kneeling, and working in tight spaces - Exposure to varying weather conditions
