Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to building technical systems.
Ensure that all work carried out meets the Building Services Division safety, quality, and customer standards.
Achieve the overall business plans and objectives.
Display exceptionally high level of productivity, quality results.
Provide independent decisions, creative and viable alternatives.
Make little to no supervision required.
Make independent decision making.
Requirements

Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Must pass MVR screening.
