HVAC Service Technician

About the role

Collins Comfort Masters is seeking HVAC Service Technicians to join a team of creative and energetic employees dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose all aspects of the HVAC system
• Give customers options and pricing of repairs
• Order parts for install purposes
• Collect payment upon completion
• Ensure quality work is completed to all local and national codes
• Serve as a mentor to HVAC Installers

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance, diagnosing & troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues
• Mechanical aptitude
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• A strong desire to exceed customer expectations
• Results-driven in a high-energy environment
• Attention to detail
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
• Service Titan experience preferred

Market Value Compensation ($85,000 - 150,000 average)
