HVAC Service Technician

About the role

Responsible for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in commercial and residential settings. Perform routine maintenance checks, diagnose issues, and perform repairs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems
• Maintain equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems
• Communicate effectively with clients and other tradespeople
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to OSHA guidelines

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 2 years of related experience in HVAC field
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
• Good problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
