HVAC Service Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, including simple tasks and larger plans.
• Manage schedules, arrange assignments, and communicate progress to all team members.
• Prepare action plans, analyze risks and opportunities, and gather necessary resources.
• Work with a team of service technicians and salespeople to manage service quotes and projects from proposal to fulfillment and coordinate with accounting for billing.
• Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors, both in person and electronically.
• Review and adjust work for accuracy.

Requirements

• Work experience as a Project Manager, Service Coordinator, or similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of project management software (e.g. Trello or Microsoft Project).
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional, team-focused mindset.
• Solid organization and time-management skills.
