HVAC Service Manager - Carbon Builders Association

Responsibilities

• Monitor HVAC team members’ performance.
• Cook with customer service and sales teams.
• Directly manage the service and installation of HVAC products.
• Keep current with the industry technology.
• Respond to customer questions and problems in a timely manner.
• Obtain and maintain required certifications.
• Daily service and install scheduling.
• Provide technical advice when needed.
• Maintain accurate HVAC parts inventory.

Requirements

• 5 years of HVAC field experience.
• EPA Certified.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to use computers, emails, and electronic documents.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.
