About the role

Responsibilities
- Supervise fabrication, assembly, and testing activities

- Enforce safety policies and maintain production schedules

Qualifications
- Technical degree in HVAC or related fields
- Extensive industry experience
- Leadership skills and solid understanding of HVAC systems
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and schematics
- Familiarity with safety, quality, and operational standards
