About the role
The HVAC Foreman leads daily operations in the manufacturing of custom commercial HVAC equipment, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Supervise fabrication, assembly, and testing activities
- Manage personnel and coordinate with engineering to resolve technical issues
- Enforce safety policies and maintain production schedules
- Ensure products meet specifications and customer requirements
- Monitor performance metrics, train staff, and manage workflow
- Promote continuous improvement in processes
Qualifications
- Technical degree in HVAC or related fields
- Extensive industry experience
- Leadership skills and solid understanding of HVAC systems
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and schematics
- Familiarity with safety, quality, and operational standards
