HVAC Service Dispatcher - Customer Service

About the role

This position is the first point of contact with customers, providing information on services required and supporting our field technicians.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls
• Maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules
• Dispatching technicians to service calls
• Communicating with homeowners and service techs
• Scheduling annual maintenance
• Processing equipment warranties and rebates
• Data entry and filing
• Maintaining maintenance contract database
• Maintain customer database with current information in Service Titan – our CRM
• Clear and concise communications with the department managers, employees, and company customers

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of experience in a similar role of dispatching or schedule coordinating
• Advanced computer and customer service skills
• Impeccable phone etiquette
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized within a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the HVAC industry is preferred
• Scheduling experience for HVAC, Plumbers, and/or Electricians is preferred

Pay

$19.00 – $25.00 per hour depending on experience
