HVAC Service Dispatcher

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Service Dispatcher to coordinate commercial HVAC service calls, schedule technicians, and help keep daily operations running efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch commercial HVAC service technicians.
• Coordinate multiple service calls and technician schedules throughout the day.
• Answer customer phone calls and respond professionally to service requests.
• Communicate with technicians, customers, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate scheduling and service records.
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, QuickBooks, and Outlook for daily operations.
• Manage priorities and scheduling changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure technicians are dispatched efficiently based on service needs and location.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of commercial service dispatch experience required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC/mechanical terminology required.
• Experience scheduling 10+ technicians is a plus.
• Strong phone communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with Word, Excel, QuickBooks, and Outlook.
• Housecall Pro experience is a plus.
• Stable and consistent work history.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule

This is a 100% on-site position in Vancouver, WA. Remote work is not available.

Compensation

Starting pay is $25/hour, with the final rate negotiable based on commercial service dispatch and mechanical/HVAC experience.
