HVAC Sales & Support (Hydronics)
Job Responsibilities
- Aid in hydronic market development through customer identification, sales support, customer training, and sales team development.
- Support the Sales team and customers in system design, application, proposal generation, and presentations.
- Provide field technical sales support by conducting site walk-throughs, system analyses, application analyses, and performance recommendations to meet customer requirements.
- Train branch personnel within the assigned territory.
- Made recommendations for effective branch inventory, stock levels, new product offerings, and consolidation opportunities.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of various hydronic systems, components, and control systems.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Radiant Design software.
- Good presentation skills for group training and sales support.
- Skilled in troubleshooting hydronic applications.
Qualifications
- Requires successful completion of an approved HVAC/R vocational curriculum.
- At least 3 years of industry experience.
- A track record of creating partnerships with internal and external customers.

About the Role
The Hydronic Product Specialist will play a key role in developing sales and support for the hydronic offering of Famous Supply. This involves active participation in contractor sales, training, job site visits, quotations, and identifying hydronic customers and targets. They will also provide technical sales support in system design, layout, troubleshooting, and answering branch questions related to hydronics.
This position requires a positive attitude, enthusiasm, initiative, creativity, leadership, teamwork, professionalism, and a strong desire for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate should have completed an approved HVAC/R vocational curriculum and have at least 3 years of industry experience, along with a proven track record of building partnerships with both internal and external customers.
