About the role

Responsible for providing administrative support in an office environment, including greeting visitors, handling correspondence, and assisting with daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
  • Answer phones and route calls as needed
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Organize and maintain files and records
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
  • Assist with special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of administrative support experience
  • Experience in a professional office setting
