Job Summary

Main contact for answering phones, greeting customers, and basic office tasks such as reporting, bookkeeping, and filing. This position will be the first line of contact with the public and will sit at the front desk.

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).

Job Responsibilities

  • Place outgoing calls, answer incoming calls, forward calls to party, take messages, when necessary, notify employees that visitors have arrived.
  • Schedule packages to be picked up by Fed Ex, UPS Express, etc.
  • May conduct orientation on telephone system usage for new employees.
  • Receive packages, letters, etc., as required. Sign for parcels when necessary.
  • Update and distribute telephone directory.
  • Filing and miscellaneous office/clerical assistance as needed.
  • Will assist other departments, such as Accounting, Purchasing, Safety, with administrative tasks they may need assistance with. This can include but is not limited to: scanning, filing, pulling records, etc.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Additional Information

Background check, credit check, MVR and drug screen may be required (will vary by position).
