HVAC/R Technician II

About the role

Responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC/R systems in commercial buildings. This includes diagnosing issues, performing maintenance tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems in commercial buildings
• Perform routine maintenance checks to prevent breakdowns
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines during all work activities
• Communicate effectively with building management and other technicians

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• At least 2 years of experience in HVAC/R maintenance
• Knowledge of HVAC/R systems and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management skills
• Passion for HVAC/R technology

Skills

• Proficient in using HVAC/R diagnostic tools
• Excellent problem-solving abilities

Pay

• $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
