HVAC/R Technician II

About the role

Responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC/R systems in residential and commercial buildings. Perform routine maintenance, diagnose issues, and perform emergency repairs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
• Maintain equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Respond to customer requests for service within established response times.
• Document work performed and communicate with supervisors regarding system status and maintenance needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• At least 2 years of experience in HVAC/R field.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC/R systems and components.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good physical condition to perform manual labor.
