HVAC/R Service Technician - Mid-Shift - 15% SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL & NO ON CALL

With locations in Vineland and Cranbury, we provide 24/7 mechanical services throughout New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, and Northern Delaware to a wide variety of building owners, contractors, industrial facilities, commercial enterprises, municipal and government entities, and property managers. In addition to emergency services we deliver design‑and‑build, construction management, and preventative/reactive/predictive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems.
• Serve commercial/industrial customers such as restaurants, convenience stores, cold‑storage facilities, distribution companies, and supermarket refrigeration.
• Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems, including split systems, chillers, packaged units, oil‑ and gas‑fired boilers, and control systems.
• Work on food‑service preparation equipment.
• Use tablet‑based service ticket software for all HVAC/R work performed.
• Perform HVAC/R preventative‑maintenance service for contract customers.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of HVAC experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial refrigeration experience.
• Commercial and residential air‑conditioning and gas/oil heat service experience.
• Commercial and/or residential HVAC replacement experience.
• Food‑service equipment experience.
• Understanding of control systems and wiring.
• EPA certification.
• Professional, ethical, and a team player willing to grow with the company.

Pay

Earn up to $54.00 per hour plus a union benefits package. Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
