We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes intro paragraph about company and role. We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections with real content. We have content: description of company and role: "G.E. Mechanical, LLC offers you more than just a salary..." That's about the role/company. Could be About the role. Responsibilities: list after "Responsibilities". There's a paragraph then bullet-like lines? Actually after "Responsibilities" there is a sentence: "Responsible for installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance services for commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems" then lines describing customers etc. Those are responsibilities. We'll put as
  • . Requirements: Minimum Qualifications section: Education/Experience: High School diploma or GED, 3+ years HVAC experience. That's requirements. Preferred Qualifications: list of preferred qualifications. Could be Qualifications section. Skills: maybe include skills like "Ability to work with tablet-based service ticket software", "Understanding of control systems and wiring", "EPA certification", "Professional, ethical, and a team player". Could be Skills. Benefits: The posting mentions "competitive base salary with medical, vacation, holiday, and 401(k) benefits package." Also later: "Company paid vacation and holidays, Company health care, vision, & dental benefits, 401k plan with Company match, Company paid life insurance, Education and training provided with monetary incentives available for education courses completed, Eligible for performance and company-based bonuses". Also "UNION BENEFITS PACKAGE". So we have benefits. Pay: "EARN UP TO $54.00 PER HOUR + UNION BENEFITS PACKAGE". Also "Competitive salary, commensurate with experience" but we should not include vague. We have specific "$54.00 per hour". So Pay section. Schedule: "Mid-Shift Schedule - flexible days 1pm - 9pm". Also "No On-Call required". So Schedule. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove that. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". So Pay section should have the concrete "$54.00 per hour". Also maybe mention union benefits but that's benefits. We need to ensure we preserve all substantive information. Let's extract all substantive sentences. Intro paragraph: "G.E. Mechanical, LLC offers you more than just a salary and more of what makes life exciting and interesting. Beyond a competitive base salary with medical, vacation, holiday, and 401(k) benefits package. G.E. Mechanical offers you the opportunity to run your own projects, control the daily decisions that accompany any job and unlimited growth opportunities. Our team is our greatest asset. We want you to be the one who helps take us to the next level. If you're looking for more out of your career, for more out of life, then it's time to break-out of your comfort zone and apply today." Company description: "G.E. Mechanical, LLC. is a full-service mechanical contractor founded in 1984 by Gary E. Forosisky. Over the last 40+ years we have grown into one of the leading mechanical service providers in our region. Our specialties include HVAC, Refrigeration, Plumbing, Drain Cleaning, Environmental and Vacuum Truck Services, Emergency Underground Repairs, as well as Septic Pumping and Lift Stations. With locations in both Vineland and Cranbury, we are well positioned to provide 24/7 mechanical services to all of New Jersey, as well as Eastern Pennsylvania, and Northern Delaware. Our customers include a wide variety of building owners, contractors, industrial production facilities, commercial enterprises, municipal and government entities, and property managers. In addition to our Emergency Services, we also provide Design and Build Services, Construction Management, and Preventative/Reactive/Predictive Maintenance Programs." Then the role title line: "Commercial HVAC/R Mid-Shift Service Technician***15% SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL AND NO ON CALL***". That's part of role. Then Responsibilities heading and content. Then Minimum Qualifications. Then Preferred Qualifications. Then benefits and pay etc. We need to avoid duplication. We'll combine intro and company description into About the role (maybe About the company). But heading "About the role" is allowed. We'll output HTML fragment with sections as needed. Let's craft:

We should include that in Pay or Schedule? It's a shift differential. Could be part of Pay: mention 15% shift differential. Also "No On Call" already in schedule. So add to Pay: "Earn up to $54.00 per hour + 15% shift differential". Also mention union benefits already. Also the line "Beyond a competitive base salary with medical, vacation, holiday, and 401(k) benefits package." Already captured. Also "Unlimited growth opportunities" maybe in About.
