We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. The posting includes description, responsibilities, qualifications, benefits, pay, schedule? It mentions schedule: "Available to work nights and weekends when necessary". That's schedule info. Also "Extreme flexibility". So we can include Schedule section. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Remove duplicated lines. Also remove application instructions (like email for accommodation? That's part of EEO? Might be considered boilerplate; but it's about accommodation request. Might be considered EEO/legal. Probably remove that line. Also remove "Additional Information" heading? It contains compensation and benefits. We'll extract compensation and benefits. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. No Job ID. We need to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to include sections: About the role (maybe a summary), Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications?), Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. The posting includes qualifications and required technical skills; we can combine into Requirements or Qualifications. Also Skills maybe separate but we can merge. We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay is given: $43/hr to $50/hr. So we can include Pay section. Schedule: mention nights and weekends. Benefits: list items. Let's extract substantive content: About the role: The mission description: Uncommon Schools is a nonprofit network... Physical Requirements: list. Mission Alignment: bullet points. But we need to avoid duplication. We'll include Responsibilities (the bullet list of duties). Requirements/Qualifications (the qualifications list). Skills maybe separate but we can incorporate into Requirements. However we need to follow instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have multiple sections; we should not repeat similar content. We'll decide: - About the role: brief overview (mission and role purpose). - Responsibilities: the bullet list of duties (the "As a member of the NJ Facilities Team, the HVAC Operating Engineer will:" list). - Requirements: maybe the qualifications (education/experience, progressive responsibility, etc.) plus physical requirements? Could separate but we can combine. - Skills: maybe the technical skills list (the long list of abilities). But that might be too much duplication. However we can separate: Requirements (education/experience, progressive responsibility, ability to handle multiple projects, familiarity with systems, OSHA, computer skills, communication, availability, flexibility, etc.) and Skills (the technical HVAC abilities). That seems reasonable. - Benefits: list from "Our people are what make us Uncommon..." includes compensation and benefits. We'll separate Pay and Benefits. - Pay: compensation range $43/hr to $50/hr. - Schedule: "Available to work nights and weekends when necessary" plus maybe "Extreme flexibility". We'll include schedule. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, accommodation request, etc. Also remove "Additional Information" heading but we extracted content. We must preserve all substantive info; we must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all specifics: e.g., "National Standard HVAC Code", "National Standard Plumbing Code", "SchoolDude, soon ZenDesk", etc. Also list of specific abilities: gas valves, economizer motors and dampers, compressors and contactors, etc. Also list of physical requirements: stand/walk up to 2 hours at a time, up to 8 hours per day; sit fewer than 2 hours during 8-hour day; lift/carry up to 35 pounds frequently and 100 pounds occasionally; lift up to 100 pounds to waist height and up to 35 pounds in a range of motions from floor to overhead; frequently use hands for simple grasping, fine manipulation, pushing or pulling; occasionally climb stairs or ladders, dig, or pull with forces up to 100 pounds; frequently bend, squat, kneel, knee stand, lift overhead, reach overhead, push, or pull; work outdoors in a variety of temperatures and environmental conditions; possess ability to work at heights, full range of body motions and physical agility, and ability to maintain balance. Mission Alignment bullet points: "Demonstrate a relentless drive to improve the minds and lives of students in and out of school", "Demonstrate a commitment to the schools’ rules, regulations, and safety procedures", "Implement and enhance the school’s systems and culture", "Create high accountability for oneself as well as for building staff and vendors". We'll include maybe under About the role or separate? Could be part of About the role. But we have no specific heading for Mission Alignment; we could incorporate into About the role as prose. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we don't repeat same bullet. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:

    About the role

    Pay

Compensation for this role is between $43/hr to $50/hr. Starting pay is determined using various factors including but not limited to relevant professional experience, education, certifications, and tenure with Uncommon Schools.

    Schedule

Available to work nights and weekends when necessary; extreme flexibility required.

We need to ensure we don't include any boilerplate like "Our people are what make us Uncommon..." but we used benefits list from that paragraph. Let's extract benefits: - Regional staff will have the same holidays and sustainability days as school-based staff in their region, and flexible summer PTO - Extensive, best-in-class training and development - Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans + pre-tax flexible spending (FSA), dependent care (DCFSA), and health saving accounts (HSA) - Financial Planning - New Jersey Pension program - Paid leave of absence options (parental, medical, disability, etc.) - Mental health and counseling support + wellness benefits - A detailed list of all benefits is located HERE. (We can mention that a detailed list is available via link, but we should not include the link? It's okay to mention "A detailed list of all benefits is located HERE." but that's maybe boilerplate? It's part of benefits description; we can keep as a sentence. We should not include the asterisk after wellness benefits? It's fine. Now ensure we don't include any EEO/legal statements. Remove
